Sopra Group has recently acquired the UK subsidiary of Business & Decision, which will bring experience in consulting and IT services, business intelligence (BI), customer relationship management (CRM) and e-business.

This acquisition also supports the Group’s strategy of reinforcing its positioning in Europe and better aligning its European subsidiaries’ business models with the operational business model in place in France (consulting, IT services, software development) in order to capitalise on synergies and Group expertise.
