This Government Justice Department awarded Sopra Group the contract to build a secure website to provide small Specialist Reporting Agencies with the ability to submit the relevant case details online, thus removing the dependency on a paper based system and subsequently reduce the operational costs and times.

The scope of this project covered the analysis, design, build, system test and implementation of a secure website to enable smaller Specialist Reporting Agencies to submit reports:

• Analysis of the requirements
• Design of the website
• Development of the site for the agreed target environment
• Unit and System Testing of the website
• Implementation into UAT, support of UAT and Live.

The key business objectives of the new website were to:

• Provide a cost-effective online system to enable smaller SRAs to submit relevant case details online
• Reduce operational costs and times
• Remove the dependency on the existing paper based system.
