Bespoke Application Development And Support

Sopra Group has been working closely with a high security psychiatric hospital.  It provides care and treatment to the highest standards for mentally disordered patients who need a safe environment because of their dangerous, violent or criminal tendencies.  Whilst many hospitals use packages for patient administration, this hospital has very specialised IT requirements and they commissioned Sopra Group to develop a bespoke system that addressed their particular needs.

We have worked with the hospital for a number of years and have a support contract in place for their system to provide both bug-fixing and enhancements.  Their patient administration system was written using the Gupta toolset and integrates with Microsoft Word and Outlook.
