Sopra Group has finalised the acquisition of CIBF – Compagnie d'Ingénierie Bancaire et Financière. This acquisition reinforces the Group's European positioning in the financial services sector. The Group has also finalised the acquisition of G2i.

We are delighted to announce that The Guide Dogs for the Blind Association (Guide Dogs) has chosen Sopra Group to design, develop and support their new Guide Dogs Interactive system. This significant project sees a number of disparate manual and IT systems being replaced with an integrated solution based on Microsoft .NET technology.
Guide Dogs Interactive will assist in continuing to drive efficiency within Guide Dogs by streamlining current processes and improving communication with clients.

A new £300 million contract awarded to the Atos Origin Alliance was signed on the 21st of November by the Minister for Health and Community Care, Andy Kerr. It provides NHSScotland with end-to-end delivery of its principal IT services for the next 11 years.
The Atos Origin Alliance, comprising Atos Origin, BT, IBM and Sopra Group, is a unique partnership created to provide NHSScotland with the strongest team possible to support the Scottish Health Service of the future.
