Sopra Group and easyJet have been chosen to co-present at this year's itSMF UK conference - the principal event for the promotion of IT Service Management 'best practice,' standards and qualifications.  The conference regularly draws speakers from major players in the IT industry and there is strong competition for speaking slots.

Bob Craig, a Sopra Group Director, will present a workshop with easyJet's Head of Development, Colin Rees.  As part of the 'Working Together' stream, the session will focus on how the Agile methodology that underpins easyJet and Sopra Group's successful partnership has helped the airline stay one step ahead in the highly competitive aviation market. 

This year's event will be held in the Birmingham Hilton Metropole on 9th and 10th November 2009 and is expected to attract around 1200 delegates from over 40 countries.  The 2009 conference programme was officially announced on 22nd July 2009.
